Wilfert Verweij

Wilfert began his career as a garden designer, creating stunning gardens that harmoniously blended shapes, colors, and materials within their natural environments. At 33, he relocated to Florida, where he merged his passion for garden design with art. As an artistic constructor, he crafted sculptures for both private gardens and public spaces, utilizing diverse materials like Italian glass, natural stones, and concrete.

After 12 years, he returned to the Netherlands and continued his artistic journey. Wilfert introduced epoxy into his repertoire, using it in combination with other materials for his hanging art, tables, bowls, and sculptures. Throughout his career, Wilfert has drawn inspiration from various themes, including The Universe, The Flower Period, Ode to the Grand Masters, Elements, Life Moments, and Energies of Life.
